Building on previous skills, the ATA Teens & Adults program concentrates on fitness and self-defense, as well as the history and discipline of Taekwondo. While intended to be enjoyable and rewarding, workouts in this program are designed to strengthen and tone the entire body, while increasing or maintaining flexibility. Used as part of a general fitness routine or a supplement to other sports, the ATA Teens and Adults program will both help to reduce chances of injury and increase physical and mental performance. “Your body has muscle memory, but Martial Arts can help create mindfulness and help students think about fitness in a new light." - Master Thokar
