ATA Tigers

Ages: 3-6
The ATA Tigers program focuses on building life skills in a fun and exciting environment. Gaining physical strength in young bodies lends to positive social, mental, and physical development.

ATA Kids

Ages: 7-12
The ATA Kids program builds on skills developed in the ATA Tigers program with a focus on fitness, grace and courtesy, moral decision making, and respect. The curriculum also provides additional, more comprehensive education related to bully prevention and self-defense.

ATA Teens & Adults

Ages: 13+
Building on previous skills, the ATA Teens & Adults program concentrates on fitness and self-defense, as well as the history and discipline of Taekwondo. While intended to be enjoyable and rewarding, workouts in this program are designed to strengthen and tone the entire body, while increasing or maintaining flexibility.
